What are implementation tools?

PSSP has adopted the National Implementation Research Network (NIRN) implementation model as a guiding framework. This framework relies on the assumption that effective implementation of effective, innovative solutions leads to positive outcomes for clients.

In order to ensure interventions are effectively implemented, Service Collaboratives use evidence-based tools to guide planning, in decision-making, implementation, and evaluation.
